Urška Hrovat – One of Slovenia’s most talented alpine skiers of the 1990s. She claimed 5 World Cup victories and a total of 14 podium finishes, most of them in slalom. Her career highlight came at the 1996 World Championships in Sierra Nevada, where she won the bronze medal in slalom. She also finished the 1995/96 season as the runner-up in the World Cup slalom standings and ranked 9th overall in the 1997/98 World Cup.
