Returns & Right of Withdrawal
At Huski Wear, we want to create products that make you happy. We hope that your new Huski Wear purchase makes you 100% satisfied every time you use it!
But if something doesn’t feel quite right, you can of course return the product.
You always have a 30-day return policy from the day you received your order.
If you choose to return a product, a return fee of 4,9 EUR will be deducted from your refund amount.
To make the return process as smooth as possible:
– Make sure all tags are still attached
– Use the original packaging
– Ensure that the product is in the same excellent condition as when you received it.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Huski Wear purchase and feel great every time you wear it!
How to make a return
All returns must be registered on our website before you send them. No need to email us – just follow these steps:
Log in to your account with the email address you used for your order. You will receive a one-time login code by email – no password needed.
Select your order, choose the item(s) you want to return and click Request return.
You will receive a confirmation email. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging and attach the return label that came with your delivery.
Drop off your return at your nearest service point.
Missing your return label? Register your return first, then reply to your return confirmation email and we will send you a new one.
Please note: It is important that you register your return and use a return label provided by us, otherwise we may have issues processing your return.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Register a return for the item as described above and place a new order for the item you want. Your return confirmation email includes a code for free shipping on your new order. Your return will be refunded separately once we have received it.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed after we have completed a quality inspection, which may take up to 14 days.
After that, the refund will be issued within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment method.
💡 Remember:
– A return fee of 4,9 EUR and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
– Returns must be registered on our website within 30 days from the date you received your order – after this period, we can unfortunately not process your return.
For a smooth return experience, we recommend that you keep your receipt when dropping off your return.
