General

The following terms and conditions (henceforth the “Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and Huski Wear AB (company registration number 559250-7940) (henceforth “Huski Wear AB”, “we” or “us”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on Huski Wear’s website www.huskiwear.com and orders made by telephone, e-mail or by live chat with Huski Wear’s customer support team (henceforth together the “website”).

Please note that Huski Wear does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or are available for purchase. Huski Wear reserves its right to stop selling a product.

Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older.

Huski Wear reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order is always the terms and conditions that is in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version. You should read this page regularly to be aware of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.

The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.


Placing Order

By using the website and/or placing an order on the website, by telephone, e-mail or by live chat you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order.

Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors.

Please note that products in your shopping bag/cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such a case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.


Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.


Acceptance and Shipping Confirmation

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by Huski Wear. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you.

Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent. The shipping confirmation or pick-up notification is our acceptance of your order.

Please note that we do not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by e-mail or by phone. If we already have received payment for such a product, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.


Prices

The prices and delivery costs shown on the website include VAT. The prices and delivery costs shown on the website may vary from time to time and we are not bound by the price until we have accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. Prices may also vary between physical stores, online stores, and the Huski Wear website.

If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by e-mail about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled.

Huski Wear always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

Please also note that Huski Wear may cancel the order even if it has been accepted by Huski Wear under the condition that you realize or should have realized that the price information was incorrect.

The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage.


Payments

We offer secure payments throught Shopify Payment and our trusted payment partners. The following payment methods are accepted in our online store:

• American Express
• Klarna (Pay later, Pay in Installments or Pay Now)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Shop Pay
• Union Pay

Please note that we only accept payments through the methods listed above. Any attempt to pay using other methods will not be accepted, and we cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from such attempts.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which uses encryption and complies whith the highest standards (PCI DSS Certified). We do not store any card details ourselves.

The payment amount will be reserved at the time of order and charged once your order has been confirmed. If your payment is not authorized by the payment provider, the order will be automatically cancelled.


Delivery

To meet your needs, we offer multiple shipping methods. More information on each shipping method is available at the checkout.

Delivery can take up to 7 business days, but it is our ambition to deliver all orders within 24 hours on business days, or 1–3 business days during sales.

Please note that estimated delivery times are approximate and start on the day that your order leaves our warehouse. Any delays caused by payment authorization and/or product availability are not taken into consideration. If Huski Wear fails to deliver within 30 days, you always have the right to cancel your purchase.

Your package will be delivered to your nearest collection point unless you have selected delivery to your door. You will receive an e-mail or an SMS notice when the package is ready for pick up or delivery.


Right of Withdrawal Period

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal or make a return, please use the return label provided by Huski Wear.
If you are missing a return label, contact us at hello@huskiwear.com to receive one. Please note that returns must be sent using our return service to ensure proper handling.

A return fee of €4.90 will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose not to collect your package or decline delivery, this will also be considered as exercising your right of withdrawal.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
The refund will include the product price minus the return fee and the cost of shipping.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and function.


Defective Products

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. According to the Swedish Consumer Act (1990:932), you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years from the date of purchase. However, you must always notify Huski Wear within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. If Huski Wear considers the products to be defective, we will make a full refund including shipping costs.

Huski Wear’s trademarks include, but are not limited to, the Huski Wear name and logo, text, graphics, logos, video, audio, images, icons, and any composition thereof. Please note that your use of this website does not give you any rights to use our trademarks.

Huski Wear reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.


Our Responsibility

Our liabilities to you are limited to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stipulated by law. Huski Wear’s liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order.


Governing Law

Without limiting your rights as a consumer according to the laws of your country, these Terms and Conditions and all disputes or claims arising from the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.
